If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, you may initiate your order online and choose the phone order option to give us your payment information over the telephone.

You can fax your orders to 910-401-1114. Please be sure to include your billing info, shipping info, item description, item number, and the quantity you would like to your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We have an unwaivering commitment to excellence and would like to be the first place you visit when you think of Country Decor. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from Rustic Ventures, LLC, dba RiverStoneOutfitters.com, you may return it for a refund within 7 days from the time you receive the merchandise. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee (See RESTOCKING FEES below) and you will be responsbile for the return shipping fees.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Rustic Ventures, LLC, dba RiverStoneOutfitters.com will replace any damaged item at no cost to the customer as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received. If you receive damaged merchandise please Email Us or call 888-546-7268 (9:30am - 5:30pm) to initiate a return.

RESTOCKING FEES
The return of some merchandise may incur a 30% restocking fee. Please call or email us before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. Returned products that are shipped to the incorrect address will incurr an additional shipping charge. Rustic Ventures, LLC, dba RiverStoneOutfitters.com may issue refunds by check or credit card reimbursement. Returns must be made within 7 days after the merchandise is received.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time, we may provide promotional offers such as discounts or free services. The promotional offers are only valid from the time they are issued to the expiration date advertised. To take advantage of these offers a promotional code must be used when ordering. Customers may only use one promotional code per order.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
FREE or discounted shipping promotions are only available within the continental United States.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
If you find the same item sold by Rustic Ventures, LLC, dba RiverStoneOutfitters.com advertised at another online store for a less price, call us at 888-546-7268 and we will meet or exceed that price. Additionally, if you find an item within 7 days of your purchase from Rustic Ventures, we will refund your money to meet or exceed that price. In order to qualify, you must let us know the link to the competitor's website, as well as information on additional costs such as shipping and handling. We reserve the right to exclude price matching on merchants who are advertising clearance, auctions or unique promotions, as well as merchants who are not located in the United States.

CANCELED ORDERS
All orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee is not applicable to returned merchandise. See REFUNDS & RETURNS for additional fees incurred for Returns.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Many products are made-to-order. The delivery time for a custom or personalized order may be 6 weeks or more. We can NOT accept returns or cancellations for custom orders.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Internationally, including Canada, at this time.
